Sweet little Brennen is growing like a weed and already 6 months old! While he was not a huge fan of getting his photos taken, he loved hanging out with his family, and especially his big sis. It was so adorable when he fell asleep for a quick little 2 minute nap mid-shoot as well. Here’s a peek!

Lincoln came into the world just a bit early, and oh my, what a sweet little peanut he is! He was the most perfect little sleeper and gave the cutest smiles, and when he was awake he was just so calm. Mom and dad could not be more happy, and I can tell already that they are going to be wonderful parents to this little man! Here’s a peek!

Sweet little Olivia came into the world just a short time ago! She is welcomed by her two loving sisters and parents (& two kitties!) and is such a perfect addition to their family! From a full head of of hair to her tiny little toes, we made sure to capture all of her cuteness. Here’s a peek!

Recently, I captured this sweet family in Chalco Hills. We went on a little adventure through the trails, and even came across a poor baby deer that was stuck in the mud in a ditch. 🙁 Luckily, another couple was there to call for some help. The boys could not be more adorable (can we say Gerber Baby!?), and even mom and dad are as sweet as ever with their couple shots. Here’s a peek at our time together on a beautiful night!

It was not too long ago that I captured the growing baby bump on one sweet mama, and now they’ve welcomed into the world their precious little boy, Jarrett (Jett). He was so tiny and petite and felt most comfortable being all bundled up. I always like trying to incorporate some things that are special to them, and I love how the jacket one turned out since mom and dad are in the air force. I am always so thankful for referrals and meeting new families ~ especially ones that live right in my neighborhood! This sweet family of 5 (+ grandma!) came on a little adventure with me to Zorinsky, and we could not have asked for a more beautiful night! Wow. That sunset!! They were all so photogenic, even though running away from the camera was much preferred by the littles. 😉 Here’s a peek!

I met Lisa more recently at our bible study group, and I was so happy when she asked me to photograph their expected little bundle! Colton is absolutely adorable and clearly likes to be snuggled. He was pretty upset right before the laying down pose with mom, but as soon as I set him next to her, he was immediately calm and turned his face to her. Such a beautiful bond they already share. They came with the idea of incorporating dad’s love of hunting into the session, and I love those shots turned out. Little Colton is so loved and a perfect gift from God.

When I first saw little Levi, I could see so much of his big brother and sister in him. Having photographed all three of them as newborns, memories of the little details came flooding back of the sibling’s sessions. They all have the same nose for sure! Little Cameron was just over three weeks old when I first met him, and though babies around that age are a little more awake, this guy melted into a deep slumber pretty soon after we wrapped and rocked him a bit. Such a lucky little boy to be surrounded by such sweet parents and the most gorgeous little nursery. Here’s a peek at our time together!

Baby Brennen is one month old, and what a CUTIE he is! Big sister, Edie, is already so protective and loving towards him, I can tell they will have lots of fun playing together someday. So happy for this now family of four and am looking forward to capturing his first year!

Sweet little Archer is turning ONE! It has been a joy watching him grow this last year, he just keeps getting cuter and his facial expressions are the absolute best. Just in time for Mother’s Day, here are a few sweet moments captured between him and his mama, as well as his dad and his bear that represents big brother.

My nephew, Bradley, came into the world not too long ago, and what a cutie he is! Little did he know that soon after being born, things would drastically change in our world. From a baby’s perspective, being home and snuggling with his family is all they really know and is exactly what they need. I think during this time, the world needed some extra snuggle time as well. Even though we decided not to all get together this last weekend (our family is a party of 20!), we look forward to the day when we can all reunite and get to know the newest little member in the family. Brinley is such a good big sister and so proud! Here’s a peek at our sweet session together.

Cindy and Bob recently celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary on Groundhog Day and wanted to capture this time together with family! I thought it was so cute that they included 3 little groundhog stuffed animals for the kiddos, and they absolutely loved them of course. Being so close to Valentine’s Day as well, they decided to be festive in their pink, red and white colors. Their love for one another is apparent, and it always makes me so happy to see couples who have been together for a long time.
**Cindy and Bob, if you ever want to renew your vows (maybe on a tropical island somewhere!?) you know who to call. 😉 CHEERS to 40 years!

It always amazes me how quickly kiddos grow! And when you don’t see them for a whole year, they truly look like “little giants” the next time you do see them. 🙂 I always enjoy catching up with the Kamin family and capturing their little cuties. Sweet Baylie was welcomed into the world recently and she is oh-so-squishable! She was the perfect little sleeper, all it took was one stroke between the nose and she was out like a light! Such a doll, just like her big brother and sister. Though it’s taking them a little bit of getting used to a new human in the house, I’m sure they’ll warm up in no time. 😉 I always enjoy spending time with this sweet family! Sweet little Christian turns ONE soon and is a an absolute cutie. He did wonderful during his session and may win the award for best cake smasher! There was no hesitation when his cake was placed in front of him, and eventually his whole foot got in on the fun. Here’s a peek!

Just last week, I got to meet Malachi Lee! He was such a sweetie pie, and I always love when rainbow babies come to see me, as I get to hear personal stories about heartache, but then also the miracles that can come after. I absolutely love capturing a baby’s whole first year. They change SO much, and it is so important to capture these milestones before they are gone! Even the simplest things such as nibbling on their toes lasts for just a few weeks, so I’m glad we were able to capture that during the session. Mr Archer could not be any cuter! I haven’t seen him since his newborn session, and he has grown so much and is just the sweetest little man. I love that we once again incorporated his Harrison bear, who represents his older brother that is watching from above. Here’s a peek!

Sweet little Lydia has the best big brown eyes! She just turned ONE and is absolutely loving life. While the rest of us were freezing after stepping outside for a few shots, she became all smiles with the frigid air and gusty winds. Too cute! Here’s a peek!

As I mentioned on my facebook page, The Lady in Red song has been stuck in my head now since this session! This mama looked amazing in red from head to toe. It was a wonderfully windy and chilly Fall day, & this family just embraced it and celebrated time together as a family of 4 before welcoming their newest little peanut into the world in just a few weeks!! So excited to capture that special time in their life, too.

I photographed this beautiful family 5 years ago, and it’s fun to see how much the kids have changed, and the parents + grandma haven’t aged at all! I love it when colors pop and fabrics flow, and this sweet family nailed it when it comes to wardrobe choice. They are our neighbors just down the street, and even though we’ve only hung out a few times, we really do need to hang out more! Little boy Leo was almost a month old when I took his newborn photos, so I was happy to take photos in his home, as we did a lot more snuggle shots and captured his alertness to the world around him. I’m almost positive he responds to his name already… 😉 Such a cute boy with the sweetest parents. It feels like yesterday that I captured their wedding photos!
